The visit

 So Jordan and Michelle surprised us with a visit to town this weekend (it was a great surprise)

 So trowed on the John Deere apron fired up the barbecues so we could have a family lunch.

We enjoyed Chicken, Little smokies (a favorite), Riced potatoes, Shrimp coleslaw and Trifled dessert and a lot of visiting.( thanks for the fun Saturday everyone)

Late but here are my pictures of Vegas

 Had to make a quick visit to the aqurium to see my friends! Then we went to Marie's game where I forgot my camera but others have shared those pictures anyway.

                                 Then we checked into the rental home.

                      KPs first bath in Vegas. (Or should I say "he got taken for a cleaning" in Vegas)

                 Marie had better luck shooting with her eyes closed.

                                Table was made for a lefty so Jordan had an unfar advantage.

 where KP rode a cow.  (Give me a little time with him and he'll know the differance between a horse and a cow.)

 Everyone took turns throwing hatchets and sticking them in the block of wood.  (Some got more throws than others...dang right handed hatchets.)

Late Happy Birthday

 Yes, it's late but here is Sunday after picking up Mom from the airport.  We went to Joe and Sujin's to celebrate Jeffery's birthday.  Here he is with mom and his new blanket. HAPPY 24th Birhtday!!!!

    At 6 months old Jordan is teaching me the ropes in the kitchen.

           I was a genius to build this hat. I was only 4 years old.

               When I was seven I charmed all the girls with this shirt.

                              I was the fastest Beck around on my sled.

                  I played baseball and was good (scouted by all the big teams)

                             and I played soccer and also was good.

                         I loved them pinewood derbys.

Then I found my love in sports: football and yes I was GOOD!!! ( I think I should take a knee)

A Milestone

When I was coming home from work Wednesday, the 23rd, my Caliber turned over 100,000 miles. (That's a lot of road time.)  Marie, I stopped on the side of the road to take the picture this time.
