So Marie showed up for a short visit; it was good to see her and vist for awhile.
So she was able to have dutch oven chicken with us on Sunday; afterwards she cooked marshmallows.
Then enjoyed some somores.
I think she was able to get some strawberries.
But the bad news is she left just before we got our first cucumbers. (It was GREAT to have you home)
Thanks Dad,it was great to be home!!! That is a pretty cool fire pit you have there. Thanks for the dutch oven and smores, they were delicous. I am bummed I missed the cucumbers, but I guess I can't have everything.
ReplyDeleteMy cucumber plant looks tiny still, but I remember thinking that last year too and then all of a sudden BAM!!! Looks like you guys had fun!!
