Ocean Trip

Saturday we dropped Joey off early at the airport to go back home. Then picked up Jeff and Kylie and went whale watch'n.

Coming in to Santa Cruz Island.

 Then went on the back side of Anacapa Island and saw a bunch of Sea Lions and a few Dolphins then we went back to the dock. No whales but was a great trip enjoyed the water and the view.

The beach is always amazing

 Seems like every time you go to the beach there is always somthing new to enjoy; our last trip was no exception.  With the low tide we found mussels stuck to the rocks.

 also the barnacles covered several rocks..

 Then somthing real diffrent caught our eye, out away from shore.

 YEP, there it was; the remains of a port-a-potty.

Yep, you can always find somthing new and interesting at the beach!!!!

Quick Visit

 Kenny, Marci and KP came down for the weekend for the twins' baptism; it was a quick trip but KP packed a lot into it.  Besides the baptism he hung out at the beach with his bud (could hardlly get him to get off the blanket and step in the sand this time)

 Got into the John Deere's and even tried out the oil cans; didn't care for the taste though.

KP picked all and eat all the strawberries he could find.

 He even got to enjoy some good old fashion so'mores
